District Collection Statistics by Library Report (Batch tab)

Log in as District User > Select Reports > Library Reports > District Collection Statistics by Library

The Batch tab allows the district user to:

important The Batch Report can run from 8:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m.

  • run a batch for the District Collection Statistics by Library report
  • schedule  and specify batch run
  • view results

To run a batch of data

important The Batch tab is only available for district users with the Create District Collections Stats by Library via Batch Request permission. The Batch tab is not available for the Destiny Administrator.

  1. Log in as a district user.
  2. If you are not on the District Collection Statistics by Library Report page, then follow the steps in the blue title bar.
  3. Click Batch.
  4. Make selections accordingly. See Drop-downs.
  5. To run the report, click Save & Run.

note If you want to save the current schedule based on your selections, then click Save Setup. When you select Save Setup, you overwrite any previously scheduled reports.

View data

When the batch job is run, you can view the data.

important When you navigate to each report tab, the Batch tab disappears. When you are ready to return to the Batch tab, use the breadcrumbs accordingly.

Select the tab you want to view the data in, and then click the links within the selected tab to navigate to the specific data.

- Select the Age tab.
- In the Other Collections column, select the applicable link(s).
