Assign Access Level Permissions

Access levels regulate what users can see and do in Destiny. Each access level contains a set of permissions.

Note: A Destiny Administrator can manage access levels or assign a user a Product Access Levels permission, which lets them see and set the rights for other users of the selected product.

You can specify which of the products (or sub-tabs) a user can manage. For example, the Administrator can select the Access Library Materials access levels permission for the Library Administrator. Any user with the Library Administrator access level can then select the Admin > Access Levels > Library Materials sub-tab, and change permissions for other users.

Note: The Destiny Administrator is the only role who can change permissions for a Site Administrator.
