Find Resource - New Help Ticket (Resource Manager)

1. Use the Find Item field to enter the resource's barcode, item serial number, or displayable name..

2. Note: Wildcards are supported.

3. Click Go.
4. From the results list, find the resource you want, and then click Select.
5. You return to the New Ticket page.
