Licenses (Resource Manager)

The Licenses tab shows a list of all current licenses for the resource. It lists licenses at the site, On Order Licenses and Off-site Licenses. Use the License tab to manage the items or media at your location.

To manage licenses:

  1. Select Catalog > Resource Search > Search sub-tab.
  2. Search for a resource. Populate the fields and make selections based on your search needs.

    Note: Wildcards (*) are supported.

  3. When you find the resource you want, click Details.
  4. Click the Licenses tab.
  5. Do one of the following: 
    If you want to…Then…
    Update AssignmentsClick the Update Assignments icon.

    EditClick the Edit icon. For more instruction, see Manage Resources.
    Update DocumentsClick the Update Documents icon.
    For more details, see Update Documents.

    Important: Your ability to update documents is dependent on the access levels. Without the required access levels you might not be able to update documents.

    DuplicateClick the Duplicate icon. For more instruction, see Manage Resources.
    DeleteClick the Delete icon. A confirmation messages opens.
