Help Tickets Archive Sub-tab
When a help ticket's status becomes Closed, the ticket moves to Admin > Help Tickets > Archive sub-tab.
If you click next to a closed help ticket, the Edit Help Ticket page opens with a Reopen button. For details on reopening a help ticket, see Reopen Help Ticket.
Use the Customize View section to determine what tickets you can see. Search for tickets using a keyword or change the limiters to see more or fewer tickets.
