Help Tickets:—Track Sub-Tab (Resource Manager)

Use the Admin > Help Tickets > Track sub-tab to:

  • Manage help tickets (create a New Ticket and Edit a ticket) .
  • Expand or collapse any of the sections: Unassigned, Open, Pending.
  • Sort each section by clicking the column header.
  • Use the Customize View section to determine what tickets you can see. Search for tickets using a keyword or change the limiters to see more or fewer tickets.
